(Question) How do I meet my Driver at the Airport?
(Answer) Our driver will meet you at the customs exit inside your arrival terminal. He ~ She will be holding a distinctive, visible, notice board clearly displaying the booking contact name. You will then be escorted to a conveniently parked vehicle and driven to your destination. Whilst travelling always keep our office telephone number to hand. (Question) What happens if my flight arrives late?
(Answer) Quite naturally Airport ~ Cars monitors all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or even early arrival, your driver will be there!

(Question) Is there an extra charge for waiting time?
(Answer) All of our quotes include up to 40 minutes waiting time. In respect of an Airport meeting calculated from actual flight landing time. After 40 minutes an excess charge of £15.00 per hour for Sedan ~ Saloon; £20.00 for other MPV and Cars or between £25.00 and £30.00 per/hour for a Coach or Mini-Bus will be levied.

(Question) How long will the Driver wait for me?
(Answer) In relation to an Airport meeting, once the allotted 40 minutes waiting time has expired, your Driver will make extensive enquiries at the Airport (with Customs; your Airline; Airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further inquiries will be made. Only then would the Driver be authorised to leave the terminal.

(Question) How long is the journey to Central London from the Airport?
(Answer) The journey time from the Airport to Central London takes between 30-60 minutes (Heathrow) and 50-80 minutes (Gatwick). A Heathrow Gatwick transfer takes 40-70 depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

(Question) How do I pay for my journey?
(Answer) Payment Conditions We guarantee no hidden charges. Payment can be made to the driver in either £ Sterling ~ $ Dollars or most other major currencies (gratuities optional).
