CONDITIONS
Airport ~ Cars operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
All hires are subject to a minimum charge of £25.00
Special rates for
extended hires A 25% surcharge is levied on public holiday's A 100% surcharge
is levied on Christmas Day and New Years day. Late bookings accepted (subject
to availability). Excess parking and entrance fees are chargeable. Most
vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If a smoking vehicle is required this must
be requested in advance. Airport ~ Cars shall not
be held responsible for a missed flight due to extreme traffic or road
conditions. Airport ~ Cars shall not be held
responsible for loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our
vehicles howsoever such loss or damage is caused. Airport
~ Cars reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless
a prior cancellation of at least 12hours has been given. Where no cancellation
has been received, Airport ~ Cars reserves the
right to invoice at the full amount or debit credit card held as guarantee.
Cash payments direct to Driver no VAT charged. All non cash payments are
subject to VAT@ 17.5% most major Credit Cards accepted in advance with an 8%
administrative surcharge.
